With children, we plan fewer bases and shorter journeys. Two nights minimum in each place, a rest afternoon after any long transfer, and at least one day with nothing in it. Parents tell us afterwards that the empty day was the one everyone remembers.
We plan around the practical things too: hotel rooms that take four, kettles for early breakfasts, vegetarian and Jain food near where you are staying, and prams on European trains. Tell us at enquiry stage — it changes which hotels we shortlist.
For a first international trip we usually suggest Switzerland, Dubai, Singapore, or London paired with Paris: short internal journeys, easy food, and plenty to do at ground level when the weather turns.
Two nights minimum per base
Fewer packing days, less time in stations, more time actually being somewhere.
Food sorted in advance
We map vegetarian and Jain options near your hotels before we book them.
Rooms that fit everyone
Family rooms and connecting rooms are scarce in Europe. We book them early.
Weather-proof alternatives
Every mountain day has a plan B, so a cloudy morning does not waste a day.
Plan a family holiday
Tell us the ages of the children and how many days you have. That is usually enough for us to suggest a shape for the trip.
We reply within one working day, and always from a real consultant — not an auto-responder.
