Day by day
A working shape, not a fixed departure. Days can be added, dropped or reordered — most families add two nights in Switzerland and cut one in London.
- 01Mumbai → London
Fly to London
Overnight or daytime flight into Heathrow, private transfer to your hotel, and nothing scheduled. If you land in the morning we suggest a short walk and an early night rather than a tour.
- 02London
The city, on foot and on the river
Westminster, the Changing of the Guard if the day suits, and a Thames boat down to the Tower. Afternoon free for the London Eye or the museums, which are free to enter.
- 03London
Windsor, Oxford, or a day at leisure
A half day to Windsor Castle works well with children; Oxford or Bath suits a slower group. Or stay in town for Harrods, Oxford Street and a West End show.
- 04London → Paris
Eurostar under the Channel
Mid-morning train from St Pancras, into Gare du Nord by lunchtime. Transfer to your Paris hotel, then an evening Seine cruise with the tower lit.
- 05Paris
Paris in full
Eiffel Tower with a pre-booked slot, the Louvre or the Musee d'Orsay, and the Champs-Elysees. We book entries in advance — queueing on the day costs you two hours.
- 06Paris
Disneyland Paris or Versailles
The day that splits families and couples. Disneyland is a full day with transfers either side; Versailles is a half day and leaves the afternoon for Montmartre.
- 07Paris → Switzerland
TGV to Lucerne
Direct high-speed train from Gare de Lyon, roughly four hours with the countryside doing the entertaining. Your Swiss Travel Pass starts today. Evening free in Lucerne.
- 08Lucerne
Mount Pilatus and the lake
The golden round trip — cogwheel railway, cable car and a lake steamer back into town. Afternoon in the old town, the Lion Monument and the covered bridge.
- 09Jungfrau region
Interlaken and the mountains
Train to Interlaken and up into the valley. Jungfraujoch, the Top of Europe, on the clearer of your two days here. We keep this flexible rather than fixing it in advance.
- 10Jungfrau region
A day that is yours
Grindelwald First, the Lauterbrunnen waterfalls, paragliding over Interlaken, or a slow morning with a book and the mountains in the window. Most people need this day by now.
- 11Zurich → Mumbai
Fly home
Train to Zurich airport with time to reclaim your VAT refund, then the flight home. Same-day connections to Mumbai are comfortable from Zurich.
